Community Safety Glasgow (CSG) welcomes the opportunity to hear from residents, visitors and businesses alike. Your comments and views are valued and help us to improve and develop our services.
CSG has a dedicated Customer Support Team that responds to compliments, comments and complaints. Any member of our staff will be able to assist you getting in touch with the Customer Support Team or you can contact them directly in one of four ways:
By phone: If you would prefer to speak to someone, our partners in Glasgow City Council Customer and Business Services can assist you between 9 – 5pm on 0141 276 7559.
If your enquiry is outwith office hours contact us on our 24 hour helpline on 0800 0273 901.

By card: By completing our Customer Feedback Cards held at reception in our Headquarters or at our community facilities (Maryhill Hub and Ashgill Recreation Centre).
